Job Description
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
  • Work experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or documentation is a plus.
  • Must have strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
  • Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse records, inventory reports, and material balance documentation.
  • Monitor daily material movements and track zero-stock items.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and prepare zero-stock and material balance reports.
  • Validate and record warehouse transactions, including site transmittals.
  • Organize, verify, and file documents received from project sites and other departments.
