The learning experience and the worker-friendly atmosphere in the department are what I enjoyed the most during my OJT. The trainers are very kind and understanding. I would recommend Borland to my friends and schoolmates because of its good work environment, and not all companies offer great learning opportunities together with additional perks like an allowance.
