Must have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology or Business Administration Major in Human Resources Management.
Preferably has at least 6 months of experience in learning and development or talent management.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, presentation and above-average English communication.
Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.
Lead employee development initiatives by establishing competency standards, supporting performance evaluations, facilitating onboarding, and identifying training needs in collaboration with department managers.
Design, implement, and manage training programs by developing learning solutions, coordinating training logistics, and ensuring effective delivery that addresses organizational skill and knowledge gaps.
Monitor training effectiveness and ensure compliance through feedback analysis, performance reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and alignment with organizational objectives, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
