Job Description
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management.
  • Preferably with relevant experience in performance evaluations, competency profiling, and training program delivery.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail in document management and data analysis.
  • Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.
  • Facilitate employee evaluations to assess suitability for a continued employment.
  • Facilitate onboarding and development of new hires in collaboration with Recruitment.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs to address employee skills and knowledge gaps and improve employee performance.
