Minimum Qualifications
Job Description
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering or any related course.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills.
  • Work experience related to the position is an advantage but not required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Amenable to work in San Fernando, Pampanga and willing to do field work.
  • Prepare and monitor project estimates, requisitions, and issuance of materials.
  • Coordinate customer complaints and ensure timely completion of repair works to the contractor.
  • Handle contractor billings and tracking of accomplishments.
  • Maintain accurate records of units including occupancy permits, construction and electrical bonds.
  • Ensure proper documentation of inventory.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and compliance reports.
