Minimum Qualifications
Job Description
  • Experience in office maintenance is an advantage but not required.
  • Must be at least High School or Vocational Graduate
  • Must have a basic knowledge of electrical and maintenance works.
  • Preferably possess driving skills.
  • Amendable to work in San Fernando, Pampanga

  • Clean assigned work areas inside and outside of the property.
  • Responsible for being an external liaison for bank mailing, delivering notices, and payment of bills.
  • Back up in photocopying or reproduction of Sales Materials.
  • Perform basic repair works and implement preventive maintenance measures.
  • Assist in the monitoring of office supplies.
  • Order and maintain cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment.
  • Replace light fittings and broken globes.
  • Ensure the safe handling and storage of volatile cleaning liquids and gasoline.
