Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering. Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer.
Work experience related to construction project management and quality control is an advantage.
Must have knowledge on relevant building code of the Philippines and DMAIC process.
Quality audit of materials, site development, housing units, amenities or facilities including operational process of in-house personnel, and contractors.
Inspection of all activities from site development to housing construction.
Check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
