Minimum Qualifications
Job Description
  • Must have at least 1 year of work experience in masonry, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works.
  • Preferably has basic knowledge in reading engineering plans.
  • Amenable to work in Mexico, Pampanga and willing to be relocated in any project sites.
  • Assist in the inspection of the ongoing housing units and land development.
  • Issue non-compliance report and monitor rectifications.
  • Identify repair work and coordinate with the contractors.
  • Prepare the units for occupancy of house owners.
