Must have a bachelor's degree preferably related to Marketing Management.
Work experience related to documentation and customer service is a plus.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite.
Handle frontline transactions, such as receiving reservation requirements from buyers and verifying its authenticity and completeness based on company standards, as well as other transactions related to the role.
Follow up with buyers on pending or incomplete requirements to ensure timely submission.
Record buyers’ data and their requirements accurately in the documentation database and monitor their requirement status regularly.
