  • Work experience related to documentation and customer service is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite.

  • Handle frontline transactions, such as receiving reservation requirements from buyers and verifying its authenticity and completeness based on company standards, as well as other transactions related to the role.
  • Follow up with buyers on pending or incomplete requirements to ensure timely submission.
  • Record buyers’ data and their requirements accurately in the documentation database and monitor their requirement status regularly.
