Job Description
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Must have at least two (2) years of related work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Amenable to work in Tanauan, Batangas.

  • Collaborate with lead brokers to encourage overall developments and actualization of sales targets and objectives.
  • Responsible for preparing and planning yearly reports and targets.
  • Analyze sales and performance and propose recommendations.
  • Formulate marketing policies and perform market studies.
  • Perform organizing, planning, and preparing brokers or agents’ events, outings, meetings, etc.
  • Conduct orientation and training for the new aspiring sales agent.
