  • Assist in developing and maintaining brand image across projects, like the company website, social media, banners, flyers, and similar mediums.
  • Develop engaging content, including videos and graphics, on multiple digital platforms.
  • Manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor the results of digital marketing efforts and report any successes and shortcomings to the sales team.
  • Update reports related to sales as scheduled.
  • Disseminate memos on approved sales and marketing policies and procedures.
  • Prepare agendas for marketing meetings, keep minutes, and follow up with concerned stakeholders on the completion of pending items as discussed.
  • Keep a digital file of all sales and marketing materials.
  • Process lead brokers' commissions and incentives as scheduled.
  • Update commission and incentive databases to generate accounts qualified for commissions or incentive releases.
  • Provide accurate reports related to commissions and incentives for analysis.
  • Responsible for the requisitions and/or reproduction of sales materials as per request by the satellite or branch office.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as record keeping, filing, photocopying, and other errands.
  • Other duties that are not specifically identified but are assigned by the immediate superior.
