  • Must have a bachelor’s degree preferably Business Administration major in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Preferably has work experience in documentation and customer service.
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Manage office reservations and assist inquiries from buyers, agents, brokers, and visitors.
  • Update necessary reports related to reservation including the cancelled account and report on full payment of equity.
  • Prepare a list of reservations for uploading to PSALMS.
