Must have a Bachelor's Degree preferably related to Civil Engineering.
Must have a strong foundation in engineering fundamentals, mathematics, and physics.
Must have average critical thinking, organization, and communication skills.
Willing to do office and field work.
Implement process improvement initiatives in housing construction to enhance operational efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure timely project completion.
Collaborate with contractors, site engineers, and operations teams to implement new processes, research and development (R&D) projects, and provide training for successful adoption.
Analyze project data, evaluate implementation outcomes, and support on-site testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
