Minimum Qualifications
Job Description
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in any business related course.
  • Work experience in monitoring and documentation is an advantage.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to be trained in Novaliches, Quezon City.
  • Amenable to work in San Fernando, Pampanga and willing to do field work.

  • Coordinate customer complaints and ensure timely completion of repair works to the contractor.
  • Handle contractor billings and tracking of accomplishments.
  • Maintain accurate records of units including occupancy permits, construction and electrical bonds.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and compliance reports.
