Minimum Qualifications
Job Description
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Must have at least five years of work experience related to construction project management.
  • Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • Possess good leadership and communication skills.
  • Has knowledge on national building code and other laws related to construction in the Philippines.
  • Willing to be assigned to any project site.

  • Facilitate and contribute  to developing project plans and designs of commercial projects.
  • Recommend and analyze the project's materials, equipment, and practices.
  • Supervise the progress of the project if it meets the timeline and budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors from application to awarding of commercial projects.
  • Provide technical advice to resolve the encountered problems and propose corrective actions.
