  • Must have at least 1-year work experience preferably related to office work and documentation.

  • Perform administrative support tasks such as, but not limited to updating, filing, sorting of documents, and encoding.
  • Maintain and update reports such as Motorpool Employee Masterlist and Equipment Database.
  • Prepare funds, Radio-frequency Identification (RFID) monitoring, job orders, and meal allowance documents.
  • Coordinate with the Preventive Maintenance Engineer and Site Engineer for the transfer of equipment.
