Must have a Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or Public Administration.
Must be organized and have an eye for detail.
Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience in the field is an advantage but not required.
Help in performing legal research and draft pro-forma documents.
Perform fact-finding investigation for case build-up.
Coordinate with external legal counsels for other cases
Attend hearings before courts and quasi-judicial bodies involving petitions for cancellation of encumbrance on titles, re-issuance of lost titles, preliminary investigations, and ejectments, among others.
Assist sheriffs in the enforcement of orders and other processes of courts.
File, serve, and obtain pleadings, motions, and other judicial/quasi-judicial documents.
Assist in notarization and scanning of documents as needed.
Liaise with other government agencies.
Process billings of external legal counsels
