Must be a graduate of a 4-year course preferably related to Legal Management, Political Science, Public Administration, or Social Studies.
Must have at least 3 years of work experience related to legal services.
Must be an analytical thinker and organize. Possess leadership skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.
Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City (5 minutes away from SM Fairview).
Draft and finalize pleadings, contract, memoranda, and other legal documents and consolidate relevant attachments.
Finalize legal research subject to the approval of the Chief Legal Counsel.
Handle matters raised by other units and endorsed cases to external legal counsels.
Monitor submission of notarial reports and compliances, reporting of executive summary of cases and other proceedings, and other outputs of legal sections.
Attend hearings, conciliation, and mediation conferences for critical cases.
Liaise with other government agencies and audits department's processes.
