Minimum Qualifications
Job Description
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer or any related course.
  • Must be analytical thinker and detail oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
  • Willing to do fieldwork as needed.
  • Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.
  • Facilitate inspection of housing units for PAGIBIG approval.
  • Propose improvements for project implementation and solutions on non-compliance of site performance target.
  • Monitor performance indicator, actual turn-over units, HDMF monthly listing and resources to achieve on time occupancy at site based on target.
  • Attends meetings with stakeholder regarding pre-occupancy and HDMF when necessary.
