Job Description
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably related to Business Administration or Marketing Management.
  • Must have at least 1-year experience related to collection.
  • Must have good communication and customer service skills.
  • Preferably has knowledge in real estate financing laws and regulations.
  • Amenable to work in San Fernando, Pampanga.
  • Follow up on delinquent accounts and keep records up to date.
  • Send and track notices and payment requests.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text.
  • Monitor payment arrangements and handle follow-ups.
