Must have a Bachelor's Degree preferably related toMarketing Management.
Preferably has previous work experience in customer service.
Must have above average communication skills and the ability to adapt to different types of clients.
Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City.
Handle customer queries and concerns by providing solutions to their problems in a professional and timely manner.
Answer queries and concerns including constant communication about the status of customer complaints or cases through various communication channels such as email, text, and call.
Provide solutions to customers' concerns by monitoring and constantly following up the stakeholders until the problems are resolved.
