  • Handle customer queries and concerns by providing solutions to their problems in a professional and timely manner.
  • Responsible for answering queries and customers' concerns including constant communication about the status of their complaints or cases through various communication channels such as email, text & call.
  • Provide solutions to customers' concerns by monitoring and constant follow-ups with the stakeholders until the problems have been resolved.
  • Update reports by encoding received complaints and urgent concerns to the master file.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as transmittal of documents, and writing correspondence to the stakeholders when needed.
  • Help the customer service section by attending monthly meetings and performing other duties necessary for the smooth operation.
