Must be a graduate of a 4-year course preferably related to Business Administration major in Marketing Management.

Above-average communication and customer service skills.
Customer-oriented and has an ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.
Amenable to work in Novaliches, Quezon City near SM Fairview.
Handle customer queries and concerns by providing solutions to their problems in a professional and timely manner.
Responsible for answering queries and customers' concerns including constant communication about the status of their complaints or cases through various communication channels such as email, text & call.
Provide solutions to customers' concerns by monitoring and constant follow-ups with the stakeholders until the problems have been resolved.
Update reports by encoding received complaints and urgent concerns to the master file.
Perform administrative tasks such as transmittal of documents, and writing correspondence to the stakeholders when needed.
Help the customer service section by attending monthly meetings and performing other duties necessary for the smooth operation.
