Must have a bachelor’s degree in any engineering or technical course.
Preferably has a work experience related to construction and customer service.
Must have good interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge.
Willing to be assigned in Novaliches, Quezon City
Award the repair works to the contractor.
Check and monitor units with occupancy permit, construction and electrical bonds.
Encode, bill, and file of the contractor’s accomplishment.
Prepare project estimates, requisition of materials for unit preparation, complaints etc.
Responsible for rectifying, monitoring, and finding contractors for the buyer's complaints if the site is already completed and turned-over to the main office
