• Must possess above-average interpersonal and good communication skills.
• Amenable to work in Nueva Ecija.
• Review and verify occupancy requirements for water and electricity service applications.
• Assist buyers and address occupancy-related concerns and inquiries.
• Conduct buyer orientations and provide guidance on occupancy processes.
• Monitor, update, and transmit occupancy documents and reports to ensure timely and accurate processing.
