Sales and Marketing Functions
- Attain monthly and yearly sales target of each project within marketing cost budget.
- Responsible for launching of new projects and sales and marketing activities related with on-going projects.
- Develop effective sales strategies to attain/exceed monthly sales target.
- Carry out Market and Competitors Survey before Project Launching and at least once a year for updating of prices.
Brokers and Agents Coordination
- Manage Brokers and Agents relations by establishing open and transparent communication channels where Brokers and Agents feel comfortable expressing their ideas, concerns and feedback.
- Provide training and development opportunities to new Brokers and Agents through Project Knowledge Seminar (PKS) to enhance their knowledge about processes and policies related to reservation and selling.
