Job Description
  • Must be a graduate of a4-year course preferably related to Accounting or Finance.
  • Must be organized and systematic.
  • Must be rule and detail oriented.
  • Prepare and check disbursement requests.
  • Check required liquidation attachments beforedisbursement.
  • Completion of attachments for disbursement ifapplicable.
  • Prepare accounting entries used to record thedisbursement.
  • Monitor liquidation of disbursements.
  • Maintain documents such as but not limited todisbursements and liquidations.
  • Other duties not specifically identified butassigned by the immediate supervisor.
